OUR PURPOSE
Team Endeavour exists because the families of those who serve are too often forgotten.
We work directly with families who are often under immense pressure — navigating long separations, operational stress, injury, illness, bereavement, and complex life transitions. Our approach is personal, practical, and focused on immediate impact.

Affected by the injury, sickness or loss of a parent serving in the Armed Forces

Facing financial hardship due to service-related circumstances, addiction, depression and mental health challenges

And their families experiencing trauma, bereavement or long-term recovery challenges

We are a small, determined organisation run entirely by volunteers. We do not have large overheads or corporate structures. We have people who care deeply, work hard, and ensure that every pound raised reaches the families who need it most.
“Our focus is always on direct
impact, dignity, and long-term
positive outcomes for families.”
Our work is:
• Hands-on — direct support, not distant administration
• Personal — every family is treated with dignity and respect
• Impact-driven — we measure success by the difference we make
• Immediate — help reaches families when they need it most
