Michelle Slade-Jones
Little Endeavours Head Coordinator
Michelle Slade-Jones has served in the British Army since 1997. She is currently the Aldershot Garrison Defence Primary Healthcare Dental Practice Manager, responsible for the Dental fitness of c4000 Services Personel and manages 20 Military and Civilian staff.
Always a keen sportswoman, her love of adrenaline sports is only matched by that of spending time with her family. She is married to Gareth who is also a serving soldier and they have 2 busy young boys.
Michelle believes passionately in the Army and more importantly its people and their families. She firmly believes the key to understanding their personal issues and assisting them, is to have them integrated and involved with activities and events that
Michelle is now the Head Coordinator of Little Endeavour which is a branch of Team Endeavour supporting Military Families by involving children in events and fundraising.
She has recently completed her Strategic Leadership and Management postgraduate qualification and been successful in commissioning as an Officer within the Army.
